HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Excluding the holidays and weekends, orders will typically take up to 2-4 business days to process before they are shipped. During the holiday season and currently during this pandemic, processing times may take up to 4-5 business days. Each order will be followed up with a email confirmation confirming your purchase(s). Afterwards, you will be provided a tracking number when the order has shipped. Free Shipping to those living in USA, Japan and Europe (excluding EFTA states). Free shipping to those who spend $50.00 or more in their respective countries, not including USA, Japan and Europe (excluding EFTA states).

 

HOW LONG UNTIL I WILL RECEIVE MY ITEM?

Estimated delivery to those in the USA, Japan and Europe average about 7 - 14 business days. 

We currently ship WORLDWIDE!

Most packages will arrive on time but there are things that we can not control such as natural disasters and holidays. Our suppliers and carriers may face delays under these certain circumstances. While we do our best to fulfill and push orders through, we can not guarantee an exact delivery time. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the shipping company to ensure your item is received within a timely manner.



WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes! Due to having multiple fulfillment centers, you may receive multiple tracking numbers for the different items you order. Each and every order is guaranteed a tracking number. I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE/SOME OF THEM, WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?

In order to provide our customers with satisfactory prices, it is quite common that multiple items will be shipped separately. This allows us to offer free shipping on all products, store wide! Please allow some time for the rest of your items to arrive. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Please check to make sure the email entered was the correct email. If everything is correct, please check your spam folder. WILL I BE ABLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER/SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Normally, all orders are processed on the same day they are place. Please contact us at contactus@samuraishiba.com and we will try resolving the issue, but can not guarantee anything.

In the case that the item(s) has already shipped, we will be unable to further change the order/shipping address. We highly recommend you choose a location that you'll be able to access for the 7-14 days transit time.
